I have tranfered my domain to nfrance who is already the host for that domain.
My domain was not expired when I started the transfer, it is now. My former (or current) registar, Domain.com, gave me an authorization number for the transfer but I don't see any place to enter it in my Espace Client. nfrance is still showing that it is not the registar for my domain and my site is down. nfrance got payed and there is nothing more I can do on my former registar's web site. If I ask Domain.com to transfer again, they just send me a new authorization number! Help! Thanks, Lo.

which is your domain name?

Because you can go has this page Nfrance to check your domain name and to order your lodging at Nfrance.

I went to the page you indicated, on November 15. I ordered the tranfer and Nfrance e-mailed me the receit.
I also e-mailed the former registar to see what was going on and here is there answer:

All we do is help you unlock the domain and get the authorization code. Everything else is done by you and the new registrar. So you would have to contact them for a status update. But I am still showing the domain with us,

Once the transfer is initialized, we send you an email for validating the transfer of your domain name, on your contact email (seredowych@earthlink.net). If you don't respond to this email in 6 days, the transfer is expired.

You should have receive this email the 16th november ; it's now expired, so we have launched again a request transfer for your domain, you should receive a new transfer email soon.

Things were working find for a while but since a few days my site is down and my ESPACE CLIENT tells me again that you don't manage my domain!

Sorry but you don't validate your domain transfer request when I relaunched the transfer on december. Now, your domain is expired and in redemption period, so we can't transfer it.

You need actually renew your domain name, near your registar DOMAINBANK.COM, and re-launch your transfer after that.

Hi,
My mail doesn't show anything from you concerning a validation of my domain!?
To renew my domain with DOMAINBANK, I have to pay them. Does it mean that I have to pay twice?
In the meanwhile can I hock-up my site to another domain that I already have: seredowych.com ?

Yes, now your domain has expired, so you need to renew it near your registrar, and pay it. So you will pay two times, it's true.
You can also wait until it falls to the public domain (60days), and register it after, by our services. In this case, we can just change your transfert order into a domain creation.

If you want to put your website under another of your domains name, it is also possible.

You can find in your customer space, section ".Vos Hébergements", "ftp", some test urls, to connect with ftp directly to your server.

If you want to point your domain name seredowych.com on your LesBasics hosting, you'll need to order a domain alias, in your customer space. And after that, just point DNS entries for seredowych.com on our DNS : ns1.slconseil.com, ns2.slconseil.com and ns3.slconseil.com. This is if you want to keep your actual hosting, and just redirect your domain name to it .
