When you bought your hosting plan, you provided an email address, and you should have received your login and password in an email at this address.
With these credentials, you can make a connection to the ftp server (its name was also provided in the email). Upload all the files of your site on this ftp server and enjoy !

But if you still have troubles, the best thing to do is to give the domain name associated to the hosting plan or your login (juXXXXX).

When you'll have changed these DNS, nothing else to do, as nfrance name servers should already by configured to host your domain. Just need to wait DNS propagation.
What is your domain name ?

My domaine:www.charm-katy.eu
NeDomain ask me for l'URL http:// ..... to redirect the domaine. And I do not have this one.

It 's really funny...

I watch this forum since for several days and I see that Victoria is the first has to answer has an English post as a member so that the others are thrown has water. (very nice)

Before this first opportunity the large Olivier had not dared to do it but to criticize in this forum, it 's number 1. .

I agree with you that Xray message was just a wish to critisize others, with no help and completely useless to anybody..
However I am surprised that you wrote so much to him and to me only two lines, which did not help neither.
I agree that Oliver is great, he is the only one who gave me helpful tips.

Why NFrance can not provide users a simple tutorial what to do step by step ? I did not see the message do not buy if you are not an expert...
Why I have to read confusing answers on the forum and spend days before I can use what I bought ?

NFrance do not provide a tutorial, but a FAQ exists with some useful information on how to get credentials, how to publish your pages, how to manage your account, ... But unfortunately this is written in french.
Do you speak french ? I've seen some post of your posts in french... Or did you use a translator ?

About your domain, I've seen you still have neodomaine dns configured. So I got an enjoyable tour at neodomaine demo. So I can know tell you exactly what you need to do:
- Connect to your management console
- Choose in the menu "Infos DNS"
- For "DNS Primaire", enter ns1.slconseil.com
- For "DNS secondaire", enter ns2.slconseil.com
- Then click on button "Sauvez Configuration"
For even better configuration you can also :
- just below previous infos, in field "Nom du serveur à ajouter", enter ns3.slconseil.com and click on button "Ajouter ce Serveur de nom".

After that you'll be ready to use your hosting plan.
I hope this description was enough detailed. Do not hesitate to post again if you need more...

But I have a question which stays in my head with no answer... Why do you only use french suppliers not really known to speak english ???
