I have darkprowless.com with discount-hosting.com and my site has been down for near a month. Why?

We sent you an email on 4th september 2006, saying that we received about your domain complains for phishing ; it appears that someone was using your account to make believe at other users that you are someone else (a bank for exemple) to get personnal informations like credit card numbers or something else.
This may be a piracy act. We were obliged to shut down your website to preserve futur victims to be abused.
We invite you to contact us by mail at adress : support@nfrance.com.

That is very odd, I did not receive a single EMAIL, I just though the site went over the limit, though meanwhile I EMAIL the stated address every week for a month with no replys. How can we fix this? What exactly went wrong? If you want to take this off site, then EMAIL me with the email I used to sign up here.

We sent you this email at your contact adress registered in Discount Hosting interface. If this one is wrong, we invite you to modify your adress, or to send us an email to our client services to modify your contact adress.
To reopen your website, the process is the following :
- we invite you to confirm us that you have locally an uncorrupted and safe version of your site
- we change your passwords and delete all files on your account
- we reopen your FTP access, to let you publish a safe version of your website
- we re-open public access
