Hello,

I just renewed hosting and made payment for MidnightAuctions.com and the payment cleared earlier today. Its been a couple years since I did anything with this site, and via the old Discount Hosting admin panel the domain shows "deactivated."

Also, I may need some current info regarding login, etc.

My existing user id and password combination don't seem to work when logging in under the basic plan at https://espace-client.nfrance.com/index.cgi and the retrieve password doesn't want to work for me either.

I am wondering if there's anything I need to do on my end, or should I just wait...

The current nameservers for the domain are:

PRIMARY: ns1.discount-hosting.com
SECONDARY: ns3.slconseil.com
NAMESERVER 3: ns2.discount-hosting.com

Hi again :-)

I see the site is live now, and I have managed to get FTP access using Filezilla as well.

I am also able to login to the old admin page - discount-hosting.com/admin

However, I am still unable to login at the new admin page - https://espace-client.nfrance.com/index.cgi

Any help would be appreciated, assuming I'm allowed access to the newer admin page, and assuming it offers more features, etc.
