Help !! Can't seam to access my 2nd domain
Hi All
Sorry to be a pain but the story so far is I brought my first domain name and hosting package with Nfrance without any problems that website is up and running OK, now I have brought my second domain name from Nfrance on the 4th June, and can't seem to access it to upload my files (no FTP),
I see that I needed an auth. code which I asked for and NF emailed it to me I entered the auth. code page but there is nowhere to put the code ?
I've asked NF for help about 8 times all they do is keep sending this silly bloody code back to me with no instructions as what to do.
Now am I missing something or what. Can I have two domain names with the web1 package or do I have to upgrade to the next package,
If any one can help I would appreciate it. as its driving me mad.
apart from this Nfrance have been pretty good.

From customer area, please order either another web1 plan to fit your domain or from the existing web1, order an domain name alias to set up 2 domains on one hosting plan.

Couldn't find any info. on domain name alias on the English site, don't know about the French site and I don't
think this would have suited me very well for this project as I would like to keep the sites separate,
so I have brought web1 package for it.
But it would be nice to know how to add another domain name to the web1 package if its possible.
and my domain names are www.cps24.fr & my new project is www.euro-cheque.com

I see thet you already order a new web1 pack for your domain euro-cheque.com 
; so you could find your ftp login and pass in your customer space (https://espace-client.nfrance.com/), under ".Vos hébergements" and "Ftp"
